    Grandsplants Kick Off!

    Tuesday, Jan 6th 3:30p to 5:00p
A new CST group is forming for grandparents who relocated to Sonoma County to be closer to their grandkids, called Grandsplants. It can be challenging to integrate into a new community, especially as a grandparent navigating life as a recent transplant. Even if you relocated prior to the pandemic, please join us! This gathering will give us the chance to connect, share experiences, and build supportive relationships. Together, we’ll explore the next steps in shaping a vibrant, welcoming network for all our CST Grandsplants.
